A DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer is a high-quality full-color print that can be heat-pressed onto cotton, polyester, blends, and more. The design is printed on a special film, coated with adhesive powder, and then heat-pressed onto your fabric.

2. What is a gang sheet and why should I use one?

A gang sheet allows you to place multiple designs on one film, making it the most efficient and cost-effective option for apparel businesses and creators. Instead of printing each design separately, you can combine logos, artwork, and tags into one file — saving both time and money.

3. What file type should I upload for best results?

Please upload artwork in PNG format with a transparent background. Files should be at least 300 DPI for sharp, high-resolution prints. Avoid screenshots or images taken from phones.

Before uploading:
✅ Make sure your design has a clean, transparent background
✅ Flatten all layers before saving
✅ Ensure your design is the exact size you want it printed

4. How long does it take to receive my order?

We typically print and ship within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipping.

Every order is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure your transfers arrive safely and ready to press.

5. How do I apply DTF transfers correctly?

1️⃣ Preheat your heat press to 300 °F–325 °F with medium pressure.
2️⃣ Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture.
3️⃣ Press the transfer for 10 – 15 seconds.
4️⃣ Allow it to cool completely before peeling the film (cold peel).
5️⃣ Cover with a Teflon sheet and press again for 5 – 10 seconds to lock in the design.

This method ensures a smooth, professional, and durable finish.

6. Are DTF transfers washable and long-lasting?

Yes! Our transfers are made to last through dozens of washes without fading, cracking, or peeling.
To preserve print quality:

  • Wash inside out in cold water

  • Use mild detergent (no bleach)

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

  • Avoid ironing directly on the design
