🧥 What You’ll Need

Teflon Sheet or Parchment Paper
-
Lint Roller
-
Clean, Flat Garment (cotton, polyester, or blend)
-
BTB DTF Transfer Sheet
🔥 Pressing Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Your Press
Set your heat press temperature between 300°F – 325°F (150°C – 163°C) with medium pressure (40–60 PSI).
Allow the press to fully heat up before starting.
2️⃣ Prepare Your Garment
-
Use a lint roller to remove any dust or fibers.
-
Pre-press your garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
-
Make sure the surface is flat and smooth.
3️⃣ Place Your Transfer
-
Position your BTB DTF transfer face down (design facing up through the film).
-
Ensure correct alignment and flat contact with the fabric.
4️⃣ Press the Transfer
-
Press for 10–15 seconds using medium pressure.
-
Do not move or slide the press during pressing.
This allows the adhesive to bond evenly to the garment fibers.
5️⃣ Let It Cool (Cold Peel)
-
Remove the garment from the press and let it cool completely for about 30–60 seconds.
-
Once cool, peel the film slowly and evenly from one corner.
-
If any design lifts, replace the film and press again for 3–5 seconds.
-
6️⃣ Final Press (Recommended)
-
Place a Teflon sheet or parchment paper over the design.
-
Press again for 5–10 seconds to lock in the print and create a smooth, matte finish.
This step enhances durability and helps your transfer withstand multiple washes.
🧺 Washing & Care Instructions
-
Wait 24 hours before washing the garment.
-
Wash inside-out in cold water.
-
Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
-
Tumble dry on low heat or air dry.
-
Do not iron directly on the transfer.
When properly pressed and cared for, BTB DTF transfers can last 50+ washes without fading or cracking.
